Open Mic Night
Enjoy an evening of music from anyone who would like to come along and perform in this relaxed atmosphere. The monthly event has so far included a wide range of musical genres from classical to pop and performances from solo singers to instrumental ensembles. So if you have a musical talent to share please come along and join in.

Friday 15 June 8pm      
Reefs of Moonshine.
Enjoy the amazing sound of duo Reefs of Moonshine when Lisa’s angelic voice is complemented by Nick’s professional guitar playing. The duo will perform new arrangements of popular melodic songs....drawn from the worlds of folk, country and soul music.

Saturday 16 June 5pm  
Tash Fardell
You are guaranteed to enjoy the vocal talents of young singer Tash Fardell when she performs a selection of popular contemporary and classic pop and folk. Tash is another artist who has honed her skills from an early age and is rapidly gaining popularity with audiences throughout the South West.

Fire Exit
If you enjoy some chilled, traditional jazz you are going to love this afternoon’s session. Talented jazz stalwarts Bob King, Charlie Hernshaw, Paul Barnham and guest Martin Nichols will be performing a selection of beautiful, chilled jazz standards.

Thursday 21 June 8pm
Raddon Hill Clog Morris
Come and enjoy the sheer spectacle of one Devon’s famous Morris groups dancing outside The Bicton. Raddon Hill Clog Morris claim to be Exeter’s jolliest Clog Morris side and ask you to bring along nothing but a good sense of humour. Their members are drawn from right across Devon and enjoy the fun and frolics of a mixed side. This is an event children may also enjoy.

Open Folk Session with Becky Brooks
An open session featuring folk, country and indie acoustic music hosted by Exmouth’s favourite balladeer Becky Brooks. Anyone can come and join in the fun, perform solo or as part of the group.

Saturday 23 June  5 pm
Guy Somefield
Charismatic singer/songwriter Guy Somerfield performs his unique renditions of covers and original songs featuring his strident vocal and vibrant 12 string guitar and harmonica playing. Guy will be playing a mix of folk, rock and pop ballads together with some of his own brilliant songs.

Sunday24 June 5pm
Skylark 
New to the Bicton, Skylark’s repertoire includes uplifting arrangements of traditional and contemporary songs from the British Isles,  Sweden and America. They perform three part harmony with driving rhythms on piano and guitar improvised flute, fiddle, percussion and mandolin.

Thursday 28 June 8.30 pm
Bicton Folk Night
Exmouth Shanty Man Derek Brooks invites you to join him and friends for a traditional folk night, when a varied selection of singers and musicians perform. If you sing or play an instrument why not come along and join in the session? Otherwise enjoy listening to a selection of lively acoustic music which usually includes lots of jolly jigs, reels and airs.

Friday 29 June 8.30 pm
Bicton Street Blues
An evening of hair-raising rock and blues. Bicton Street Blues is fronted by Exmouth bluesman Dave Gwilliam accompanied by talented multi-instrumentalist Olly Davy. Dave originally fronted Laughing Gravy and the Fourbeats and Olly has played in a variety of folk, and blues bands including the Junkyard Angels.
